How long does a repair take?
We pride ourselves on express repair service; common devices can be repaired in-store but can take 48-72 hours to complete.
What should I do before handing over my device?
Whilst your device is in safe hands with us, we will always recommend that you back up your device before sending it to us for repair.
Does my phone come with a warranty?
There is a year warranty on most device repairs, but please check our terms and conditions for more details.
If I use Repair My Crack, will this void my Manufacturerʼs warranty?
The use of our service can void your manufacturerʼs warranty, but we provide our own warranty for all our repairs!
Can screen repairs be completed by using original Apple or Samsung parts?
We are an alternative repair service to Apple; we use high-quality and the most suitable parts. Our parts are also QC tested to ensure durability and safety; the parts we use are OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
Why do we ask for my PIN or ID before repair?
Providing your pin or passcode before the repair is entirely up to you!
Our technicians need to verify that the device is in full working order before you collect it and complete a series of tests that include touch sensitivity and camera. You can view our privacy policy for more information.
Will there be any screen messages after the repair?
When changing the lcd we ensure that there will be no screen/display message unlike many of our competitors.
Are parts used genuine?
For Apple we strive to use the best parts available but only Apple provide genuine Screens (and a very high cost). For Samsung, only genuine parts will be used.
