The 15 Pro brought titanium and USB-C to the smaller Pro body, and it has now been in circulation long enough that we see both accident damage and wear-related faults on it in roughly equal measure. The repairs below cover almost everything that comes through the workshop for this model.
iPhone 15 Pro screen repair
Our Premium screen is an OLED panel with our lifetime warranty, retaining the display characteristics you would expect from a Pro model. Our Standard screen is a more affordable alternative with a 12 month warranty — fully compatible and fully working. We test brightness, touch response and Face ID before the phone goes back, and preserve your original TrueDepth camera system where it is undamaged.
iPhone 15 Pro back glass replacement
The rear glass on this generation is bonded to the frame and removed by laser separation, working around the wireless charging coil and camera housing. Apple’s easier-to-replace rear glass design did not arrive until the 16, so this remains a slower and more skilled job on the 15 Pro. If the damage is limited to a camera lens cover, that is a different and cheaper repair — a photo will tell us which.
iPhone 15 Pro battery replacement
At £54.99 this is the cheapest way to make a 15 Pro feel like a newer phone. Check maximum capacity in Settings, under Battery and then Battery Health & Charging; below 80% is Apple’s threshold for servicing. If you are charging mid-afternoon when you used not to, that is usually the answer even before you look at the number.
iPhone 15 Pro charging port repair
USB-C ports collect pocket lint more readily than people expect, and compacted debris is a genuinely common cause of charging that has become unreliable. We inspect the port before assuming it needs replacing. Where the connector is actually worn or damaged, we replace the assembly properly rather than applying a temporary fix.

What’s the difference between a Premium and a Standard screen?
Premium is an OLED display, the same panel technology Apple uses, with the colour depth and deep blacks you’d expect from the original. Standard is an incell display or equivalent — a quality alternative at a lower price. Both are fully compatible, both are covered by warranty, and both give you 100% working touch, brightness and True Tone.
Will I get a “parts” warning message after the repair?
If your phone already shows a parts message on the display or battery before it reaches us, we may not be able to remove it — that message relates to work carried out previously. If there is no message when you send it in, there won’t be one after we’ve repaired it. We make sure of that as standard, and plenty of high-street repairers don’t address it at all.
Does Face ID still work after a screen repair?
Yes. Face ID relies on the TrueDepth camera system, which is separate from the display itself. We preserve your original TrueDepth system where it is undamaged, and we test Face ID before and after the repair so you know it is working when the phone goes back to you.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 24 hours of your phone reaching our workshop. We’ll email you as soon as it’s tested and on its way back.
Is my phone insured in the post?
Yes, tracked Royal Mail postage both ways with transit insurance up to £750. Postage is included in the price you see above, in both directions.
Can I drop it off instead of posting it?
Yes, our Harlow workshop takes walk-ins as well as postal repairs. Book online first and we’ll have the part ready when you arrive.
What if my phone has more than one fault?
