The iPhone 13 was the generation that moved the two rear cameras into a diagonal arrangement, and it sold in enormous numbers. Plenty are still in daily use, and because parts are widely available the repair prices are among the more reasonable on this site.

We test brightness, touch response and Face ID before returning it, and preserve your original TrueDepth camera system where it is undamaged.
iPhone 13 back glass replacement
The rear panel is bonded to the frame and removed by laser separation on this generation, so it is a slower job than a screen. Six colours are available to match your handset. The 13’s two cameras sit diagonally with their own lens covers, so if the damage is limited to those rather than the main panel, that is a different and cheaper repair — send us a photo if you are unsure.
iPhone 13 battery replacement
At £54.99 this is the repair that keeps a 13 useful for another couple of years. Check Settings, then Battery, then Battery Health & Charging; below 80% maximum capacity is Apple’s threshold for servicing. If you are getting through the day only by charging at your desk, the battery is almost certainly the reason.
iPhone 13 charging port repair
Charging faults on a Lightning phone of this age are usually wear or debris. If your cable only works at a certain angle, or the connection drops when you move the phone, we inspect the port before assuming it needs replacing — compacted lint is a genuinely common culprit and costs nothing to clear.

What’s the difference between a Premium and a Standard screen?
Premium is an OLED display, the same panel technology Apple uses, with the colour depth and deep blacks you’d expect from the original. Standard is an incell display or equivalent — a quality alternative at a lower price. Both are fully compatible, both are covered by warranty, and both give you 100% working touch, brightness and True Tone.
Will I get a “parts” warning message after the repair?
If your phone already shows a parts message on the display or battery before it reaches us, we may not be able to remove it — that message relates to work carried out previously. If there is no message when you send it in, there won’t be one after we’ve repaired it. We make sure of that as standard, and plenty of high-street repairers don’t address it at all.
Does Face ID still work after a screen repair?
Yes. Face ID relies on the TrueDepth camera system, which is separate from the display itself. We preserve your original TrueDepth system where it is undamaged, and we test Face ID before and after the repair so you know it is working when the phone goes back to you.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 24 hours of your phone reaching our workshop. We’ll email you as soon as it’s tested and on its way back.
Is my phone insured in the post?
Yes, tracked Royal Mail postage both ways with transit insurance up to £750. Postage is included in the price you see above, in both directions.
Can I drop it off instead of posting it?
Yes, our Harlow workshop takes walk-ins as well as postal repairs. Book online first and we’ll have the part ready when you arrive.
What if my phone has more than one fault?
