One thing worth knowing before you book: the internal redesign that made rear glass cheap to replace applied to the standard iPhone 14 and 14 Plus, not to the Pro models. That is why back glass on this phone costs more than the screen.

The rear glass on the Pro models is bonded to the frame and removed by laser separation, working around the wireless charging coil and the large camera housing. Does Face ID still work after a screen repair?
Yes. Face ID relies on the TrueDepth camera system, which is separate from the display itself. We preserve your original TrueDepth system where it is undamaged, and we test Face ID before and after the repair so you know it is working when the phone goes back to you.
How long does a repair take?

Is my phone insured in the post?
Yes, tracked Royal Mail postage both ways with transit insurance up to £750. Postage is included in the price you see above, in both directions.
Can I drop it off instead of posting it?
Yes, our Harlow workshop takes walk-ins as well as postal repairs. Book online first and we’ll have the part ready when you arrive.
