£109.99. The panel is bonded and removed by laser separation, and we reseal the phone properly afterwards. Six colours available to match your handset. If only the camera lens glass is damaged rather than the main rear panel, that is a smaller and cheaper repair.

Will I get a “parts” warning message after the repair?
If your phone already shows a parts message on the display or battery before it reaches us, we may not be able to remove it — that message relates to work carried out previously. If there is no message when you send it in, there won’t be one after we’ve repaired it. We make sure of that as standard, and plenty of high-street repairers don’t address it at all.
Does Face ID still work after a screen repair?
Yes. Face ID relies on the TrueDepth camera system, which is separate from the display itself. We preserve your original TrueDepth system where it is undamaged, and we test Face ID before and after the repair so you know it is working when the phone goes back to you.
Is the 12 mini harder to repair than a full-size iPhone?
It’s tighter inside, so the work takes more care, but the price is the same as the standard 12 on most repairs. The battery in particular is smaller, which is worth knowing if yours is a few years old and the runtime has dropped noticeably.
