The 11 Pro Max is the oldest phone we list prices for online, and by now the honest position is that some repairs are worth doing and others are not. A £44.99 battery on a phone still running current software is excellent value. A £119.99 back glass on the same phone is a much harder case to make. We would rather tell you that up front than take the booking.

The Pro models of this generation use OLED displays, unlike the standard iPhone 11. Our Premium screen is £84.99 with our lifetime warranty; our Standard option is £64.99 with a 12 month warranty. We test brightness, touch response and Face ID before the phone goes back, and preserve your original TrueDepth camera system where it is undamaged.

On a phone of this age that is a significant proportion of what the handset is worth, so unless the damage is affecting how you use the phone rather than just how it looks, it is worth a conversation first. This is the one we would recommend. At £44.99 it is the cheapest repair on the whole site, and on a six-year-old phone it is transformative — these handsets are almost universally well below Apple’s 80% servicing threshold by now. Check Settings, then Battery, then Battery Health & Charging, and expect a low number.

What’s the difference between a Premium and a Standard screen?
Premium is an OLED display, the same panel technology Apple uses, with the colour depth and deep blacks you’d expect from the original. Standard is an incell display or equivalent — a quality alternative at a lower price. Both are fully compatible, both are covered by warranty, and both give you 100% working touch and brightness.
Will I get a “parts” warning message after the repair?
If your iPhone 11 Pro Max already shows a parts message on the screen or battery, we can’t remove it. Apple’s parts pairing process isn’t available on the iPhone 11 range and earlier, so an existing message can’t be cleared by us or by anyone else. If there’s no message when you send it in, there won’t be one after we’ve repaired it — we make sure of that as standard.
Does Face ID still work after a screen repair?
Yes. Face ID relies on the TrueDepth camera system, which is separate from the display itself. We preserve your original TrueDepth system where it is undamaged, and we test Face ID before and after the repair so you know it is working when the phone goes back to you.
Is it still worth repairing an iPhone 11 Pro Max?
For a screen or a battery, usually yes — the phone still runs current iOS and a battery at £44.99 can add a couple of years of usable life. Back glass at £119.99 is a bigger call on a phone of this age, so if the damage is purely cosmetic, get in touch and we’ll give you an honest view before you spend.
