We repair the full iPad Pro range, but we quote each one individually rather than publishing a single price. There’s a straightforward reason: “iPad Pro” covers a lot of very different tablets. An 11-inch model from a few years ago and a current 13-inch with a tandem OLED display are not remotely comparable jobs, and the parts differ by hundreds of pounds.
Rather than publish a “from” price that would be misleading for most models, we ask which one you have and give you a firm figure. Tell us the size and roughly when you bought it — or the model number from Settings, under General then About — and we’ll come back to you, usually the same working day.
iPad Pro screen repair
Pro displays are fully laminated and, on recent models, use more advanced panel technology than any other iPad. That makes the screen the single most expensive part on the tablet — and on a damaged Pro it’s worth getting a firm quote before assuming the worst, because the answer varies enormously by generation.
iPad Pro battery, camera and charging port
All available across the range. Battery replacement on a Pro is a longer job than on a phone — the cells are glued in and the tablet has to come apart carefully — and charging port faults are often nothing more than compacted debris, which we always check for first.

How do I find out which iPad Pro I have?
Settings, then General, then About — look for Model Name. If you’d rather not dig, tell us the screen size and roughly when you bought it and we can usually narrow it down.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Usually the same working day. A photo helps if the damage is physical, as does the model name.
Are Pro screens much more expensive than other iPads?
Yes, generally. Pro displays are fully laminated and use more advanced panel technology, so the part costs considerably more than a standard iPad screen. That’s why a firm quote matters rather than an estimate.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 24 hours of your iPad reaching our workshop. Overall turnaround including postage both ways is typically 3–5 working days door to door.
Can I drop it off instead of posting it?
Yes, our Harlow workshop takes walk-ins as well as postal repairs. Get your quote first and we’ll have the part ready when you arrive.
Will I lose my data?
No, our repairs don’t affect your data. That said, we always recommend backing up beforehand as a precaution before any repair.
