Description
Two years or so of daily charging is usually when an S23 Ultra battery starts showing its age. It’s rarely a sudden thing. Most people notice it gradually, the phone dying earlier than it used to, the battery percentage jumping about, or the phone switching off unexpectedly even when there’s supposedly 20% left.
All of that points to the same underlying issue: the cell has degraded to the point where it can’t hold or deliver charge reliably any more. It’s a normal part of owning a phone this long, not a fault as such, and a straightforward fix.

Worth flagging before you book: if the back of your phone has started lifting away from the frame, or the phone feels like it’s swelling slightly, stop using it and get in touch rather than waiting. That’s usually a sign the battery has swollen, and it’s best dealt with sooner rather than later.
