Description
A cracked screen on a phone this size stings a bit more than most, given how much of the S23 Ultra’s price tag goes into that display. The good news is a broken screen rarely means a broken phone. In most cases the panel underneath, the battery, the cameras, and everything else are still working fine, and swapping the glass and display assembly brings the phone straight back to normal.
We fit genuine Samsung parts for this repair, not third-party alternatives, which matters more on the S23 Ultra than on most phones because of the S Pen digitiser built into the display. A mismatched or lower-grade panel can throw off pen accuracy or touch sensitivity, so we don’t cut corners here.
What’s included
Most screens are done within a day of the phone reaching our workshop. If you’re posting it in, we cover tracked Royal Mail postage both ways, and the phone is insured for the journey. If you’re nearby, you’re welcome to drop into Harlow instead.
One thing worth knowing before you book: if the phone took a hard enough knock to crack the screen, it’s worth telling us if you’ve also noticed anything odd with the camera, speaker, or charging since. We check the whole handset during the repair regardless, but a heads-up helps us diagnose faster.
